Hello family, happy International Women’s day to all women, especially the women in my life. I thank God for each and everyone of you but foremost my Mother, very strong woman despite the odds against her, she goes through every challenge with a smile and a prayer. God bless you mummy, you are blessed. My sister Carmena making a mark in this world, and because of her I have been introduced to another world; Kudos Ma. My aunties, cousins, friends, pastor mums..Everyone of you that have touched my life one way or the other. I salute you.

All women, mothers, women Pastors, business women, entrepreneurs, professionals, teachers, police women, doctors, nurses to name a few doing your thing in this life, and making a mark in this world. Do your thing my sistas I see you and I salute you.

Some notable women in the bible that changed the course of history, Esther, Naomi, Ruth, Rahab, Abigail, Hannah and Sarah to name a few.

Esther she saved the lives of the Jews, read the book of Esther and watch the movie “One Night With The King”.
Esther 4: 14 For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this? 15 Then Esther bade them return Mordecai this answer,
16 Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.
Rahab was a harlot but she saved her family, and the fact that she made sure her family was secure when she helped the spies showed that she was doing what she had to for them.
Joshua 6:17 And the city shall be accursed, even it, and all that are therein, to the Lord: only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all that are with her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent.
I like this part in the bible it says go into the harlot’s house and bring the “woman” out, not the harlot out.
Joshua 6:22 But Joshua had said unto the two men that had spied out the country, Go into the harlot’s house, and bring out thence the woman, and all that she hath, as ye sware unto her. KJV
My God, when God showed up in her life, not only did she save her family but her life was changed forever and she is part of the genealogy of our Lord Jesus Christ. I pray that the Lord will show up in our lives today and impact our destinies. May the Lord change the course of history not only for our lives and family, but for our generation yet unborn, may the nations of the world be impacted by what we carry and is ready to be released to the world in this season.
Guess who, I had the honor of taking some pictures with this morning on the train? Senator Tom Carper of Delaware, Yeah..Haha!! He was on the phone but I waited patiently for him to finish and I asked politely. Very approachable and nice. We were the last ones on the train, so after the picture we walked and talked together until we went our separate ways at the station. He asked me if I wanted to be President of Amtrak I said no, but as an Immigrant I would love to work with the Department of Homeland Security on Immigration affairs. 🙂 Check out my page on Facebook, Africans For Immigration Reform.

Women let us build, support and pray for each other.
