My God who began it, he will accomplish it he is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, he will accomplish it, he will accomplish it in my life in Jesus name. This is a song that we sing at our church and I can testify to it. My life last year around this time was starting to take a downward spiral, I will blog about that one day..I thank God for the difference a year makes.
This weekend we celebrated the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ , thank God for Jesus my mum’s favorite saying. In order for one to understand the trinity, God the father, God the son, Jesus Christ and God the Holy Spirit, you need to have a one on one encounter with Jesus Christ himself.
Our Senior Pastor Gifty, teaches a lot and her sermons these past few weeks, have really been an eye opener; this resurrection Sunday, also known as “Easter Sunday”, the title of her sermon was “God will change your/my location”.
What is the “Living doing among the dead”? He is risen.
Luke 24:5 Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? 6 He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee,7 saying, ‘The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.’”
If you are alive but just existing instead of living the life and potential that the Lord has ordained for you? I urge you to rise up, for our Lord Jesus is risen and every dead situation in our life is resurrected in Jesus name. May the good Lord change our locations today from dead things to living things. Thank you Jesus for salvation and resurrection power.
On Saturday I attended a funeral of a very young lady, Mrs. Julia Malamah Thomas may her soul rest in peace. It makes one put life into perspective, when we attend funerals. That we are all dust, from dust we came, back to dust we will return. Everything is vanity, let’s learn to love one another and forgive quickly. If someone is meant to be in our life, they will be if not love them from a distance.
If you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal savior I pray that you will accept him today, John 3:16 do you know that this scripture is at the bottom of every Forever 21 shopping bags? 🙂
John3;16, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
